Jevan | Spring Portraits in Boston Public Garden

On an overcast morning in the Boston Public Garden, I met Jevan for her first professional portrait session. Dressed simply in a white t-shirt and a long silk maroon skirt, she radiated a graceful elegance, with delicate jewelry that beautifully reflected her Indian heritage. We wandered through vibrant tulip fields, capturing the early blooms that painted the park with life and color. As we concluded our exploration near Massachusetts Avenue, the magnolia trees offered a stunning backdrop, framing Jevan’s spirit and storytelling in a way that felt both intimate and authentic. Each click of the shutter served as a testament to her present, preserving the essence of this special moment in time.

Thank you again for such a great experience! I absolutely loved the final shots- your editing style is stunning, and I really appreciated the variety across the shoot. From full-body portraits to close-ups and the different background choices, every photo felt intentional and elevated. I love your creativity with props and colors as well.

You made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, which made the shoot genuinely fun. I also really valued your direction too, as it helped me feel confident and brought out my best. The results honestly exceeded my expectations, and I’m so glad we got to work together! I feel like there are never usually so many photos that I like, even with a lot to choose from. What also blew me out of the water is how KIND you are, giving me a ride home in the rain after such an enjoyable shoot. Thank you for being you!!
